With visitors totalling close to 70,000, the Lincolnshire Show, commencing on the 24th of June 2009 and ending the following day, will provide a real chance for businesses and attendees alike to explore the possibilities and benefits of sustainable living. Around 70 exhibitions will provide information and services relating to sustainable living, giving voice to practical and interesting ways that ordinary people can bring sustainability and the environment into their everyday lives.
Sustainable Living Personified – The Lincolnshire EPIC Centre
So as to match in deeds what the event symbolises in words, the event will be held in the Lincolnshire Show’s own EPIC centre, built with the concept of sustainable living in mind. Its list of environmentally features and designs is an impressive one:

Sustainable living is not only ethical and environmentally-friendly; there are economic benefits. At current, there is a growing movement in the UK for renewable energy suppliers to enter mainstream energy consumption, as green energy prices continue to fall and conventional electricity continues to rise in cost.
